About Clayton Medical
Our main practice is located in Clayton Hall Medical Centre, Staplestown Road, Carlow Town R93 N8W2. We also see patients in our branch surgery at 72 Tullow Street, Carlow Town R93 E6D2. Please note that the hours of the Tullow street surgery may vary.
Urgent Care Clinic
We operate an Urgent Care Clinic for urgent medical issues when a booked appointment is unavailable. The Urgent Care Clinic is not a walk-in clinic. There are a limited number of
appointments available daily when in operation and you must contact the surgery to arrange an appointment.

In the event of a medical emergency, please phone the surgery on 059-9133330. In an
extreme emergency, please phone the Emergency Services on 999 or 112
We offer a wide variety of medical services to medical card and private patients including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and regular check-ups.
We also provide clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma and COPD.

Due to ever increasing demand, our medical card and private patient lists are reviewed regularly to see if there is space on our list. Please contact the surgery on 059 9133330.
